General
What is Sepetya and who is it for?
Sepetya is a cloud e-commerce platform that lets you open and run an online store under your own brand. You manage products, orders, payment and shipping settings, campaigns and customers from one dashboard and publish the store on your own domain.
It suits small businesses opening their first online store as well as stores with large catalogs (within the plan limits). See the solutions pages for themes that fit your industry.
Do I need technical skills to open a store?
No. The setup wizard guides you step by step from store details to launch; you design the store without code, adding and ordering sections in the theme editor and choosing colours and fonts. Advanced users can add custom scripts with a consent category or connect their own systems with the API and webhooks (API access depends on your plan).
Which steps do I have to complete before launching my store?
The setup wizard takes you through: store details, language and currency, legal details, theme, first product, shipping, payment, domain, policies and launch. To be ready to launch, the checklist expects your legal details (name, address, tax or identity number), at least one product, a shipping rate and an active payment method; the theme, domain and policies are optional. Customers can only place orders once shipping and payment are set up.
Verifying your account e-mail and, if the company operating the platform requires it, an approved business verification can block launching.
What kinds of products can I sell?
You can sell physical products, digital products (delivered with a download link after the order), services and bundles. Products can have variants (such as colour or size), a unit price (per kg or litre) and personalisation fields that ask the customer for information or a file (text, file upload, date, colour picker). See Products and inventory.
Finding out which permits and documents your products require, and following the platform’s acceptable use policy, is your responsibility.
In which languages is the dashboard available, and can I use it on a phone?
The store dashboard is available in Turkish and English; you choose the language from the user menu. It is a responsive web app that also works in a mobile browser; there is no separate iOS or Android app.
Can I open more than one store with the same account?
Yes. You can open several stores with one account and switch between them with the store switcher at the top of the dashboard. Every store has its own plan, invoices, staff and domains.
Can I connect to marketplaces (such as Trendyol or Hepsiburada)?
There is no built-in marketplace integration. The platform is designed so that such integrations can be developed separately on top of the module SDK; you can also connect orders, products and stock to your own system or a marketplace tool with the REST API and webhooks. See the integrations and developers pages for details.
Which industries is it suited to?
Stores from any industry can be built; the ready-made themes and industry pages are designed separately for fashion and apparel, multi-category stores, electronics, cosmetics, home and living, grocery, jewellery and accessories, and kids and toys. Every theme is structurally different, with its own header, home page sections, product card and footer. Pick your industry on the solutions page and browse the demo stores.
Plans and pricing
Is there a free trial, and do I need a credit card?
Yes. Your new store starts with a trial; its length is shown on the plan cards of the pricing page. No credit card is asked for at sign-up.
You receive an e-mail reminder before the trial ends, and when it does the first invoice of the chosen plan is issued. If you prefer, you can cancel the subscription before the trial ends; your store is then paused when the trial ends.
Do you take a commission on my sales?
Under the current plans the platform invoice consists of the plan subscription (and one-time theme purchases, if any); there is no extra charge per sale. The fees in force are always the ones on the pricing page.
Payments never pass through the platform: for card payments iyzico, PayTR or Stripe collect the money and transfer it straight to your own account under the contract they have with you; commission and instalment rates follow that contract and are independent of the platform.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and a prorated difference invoice is issued for the rest of the period; no difference invoice is issued during the trial. A move to a lower plan applies at the end of the period; if your current usage of products, staff or domains exceeds the lower plan’s limits, the change cannot be made and you have to reduce your usage first.
On Settings › Plan & invoices the dashboard shows when the change takes effect and what it costs before you confirm.
Do the prices include VAT?
The note under the plan table says whether prices are shown with or without VAT; it is generated automatically from the platform’s tax settings. Invoices show the VAT amount separately.
What are the plan limits?
Each plan’s limits are listed on the plan cards and in the comparison table: number of products, staff accounts, domains, storage, languages, currencies, number of webhooks and monthly automation messages, among others. A limit can be “unlimited”. On Settings › Plan & invoices you see your usage next to the limits.
Are paid themes included in the plan price?
No. If a theme has a price, it is a one-time purchase, invoiced separately from the subscription, and shown on the theme page. You can browse a theme’s demo store before buying; see the themes page.
How do I pay for my plan?
Plan invoices are listed in the dashboard under Settings › Plan & invoices. The built-in method is bank transfer: you pay into one of the accounts shown on the invoice, writing the invoice number in the reference field, and your subscription is updated once the payment is confirmed. Other methods such as card payments depend on how the company operating the platform has configured it.
What happens if I do not pay?
E-mail reminders are sent for unpaid invoices. If payment is late, the subscription first becomes past due; when the grace period ends, your store is paused and visitors see a “temporarily closed” page. When you pay the invoice, the store is reopened.
Can I pay monthly or yearly?
Plans can be sold with a monthly or yearly period; the periods and currencies on offer appear in the period selector of the price table. A change of period is previewed before it is applied, just like a plan change.
Setup and migration
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You add your domain under Online store › SEO & domains and create the DNS records the dashboard shows at your domain provider: a TXT record for ownership and, for routing, a CNAME on a subdomain or an A record on the apex domain. Once the records are verified the domain becomes active. You can connect several domains, make one primary and redirect the others to it. The custom domain feature and the number of domains you can connect depend on your plan. See Domains and SSL.
Where does my store open if I do not have a domain?
When it is created, your store gets a ready-made subdomain based on your store address (slug); nothing needs to be set up and this address always works. You can connect your own domain later.
Do I need to do anything separately for the SSL certificate?
No. Once your domain’s DNS records are verified, the SSL certificate is issued automatically and renewed before it expires; you do nothing to install or renew it. The platform’s subdomains already have a valid certificate. The registration fee of the domain itself belongs to your domain provider.
Can I move over from another platform?
Yes. You can import your products with a CSV; images are given as addresses (URLs), and the product CSV depends on the bulk operations feature of your plan. You can also add your customers and past orders to the dashboard with a CSV (stock is not changed for orders). You can bulk-upload 301 redirects from old to new addresses as a CSV and connect your domain to the new store. See the migration guide for step-by-step help.
Can I move my customers’ passwords over?
No. Passwords are stored irreversibly, so they cannot be taken from the old platform. When you import your customers their accounts are created without a password; customers set a new one with “forgot password”, or you can send an account invitation e-mail from the dashboard.
Can I upload my products in bulk?
Yes. CSV import and export cover products, variants, stock, prices, translations and more; you download the template from the dashboard, fill it in and upload it. Row errors and an error report are shown when the import finishes. CSV operations depend on the bulk operations feature of your plan. You can also select several products in the dashboard and edit fields such as price, tags or categories in bulk.
Will I lose my search rankings if addresses change?
You can reduce the risk with 301 redirects. You can bulk-upload a CSV that maps old addresses to new pages; chains are flattened and loops are checked. If a page’s address (slug) changes inside the store, an automatic 301 redirect is created. A redirect does not guarantee that rankings are kept, but it tells search engines about the address change correctly. See SEO.
Can I keep my store hidden from visitors until it is ready?
Yes. On Settings › General you can put a storefront password on your store; until the password is removed and the store is launched, only people who know the password can open the storefront. You launch with the “Launch store” button in the dashboard, which also removes the storefront password. For customers to place orders, at least one shipping rate and an active payment method must be set up.
How do I place a test order?
Use the payment apps’ test modes: with iyzico’s test environment (sandbox) or PayTR’s test mode on, no real payment is taken; with Stripe you work with test keys. You can cancel trial orders placed with bank transfer or cash on delivery in the dashboard. While you test, you can keep your store closed behind a storefront password.
Design and products
Can I see the themes before buying them?
Yes. The themes have full demo stores marked as “sample content”; use the “Open demo store” button on the Themes page to browse without placing orders (orders cannot be placed in demo stores). In the store dashboard you can also preview a theme before publishing it.
What can I change in the theme editor?
You can add, reorder and hide sections and change their settings; edit colours, Google fonts, menus and page templates, and work in desktop, tablet and mobile previews. Changes stay in a draft first, can be undone and redone, and are published when you are ready; content is edited separately per language. The theme editor is a plan-dependent feature. See Store design.
Can I edit the theme’s code?
Theme code is not open to store owners; you customise the design with sections, colours, fonts and texts. For advanced needs you can add your own JavaScript under Online store › Storefront settings › Custom scripts, choosing its cookie consent category. Add code only from sources you trust.
How does my store look on mobile?
Themes are built to adapt to desktop, tablet and mobile screens, and the theme editor lets you preview three device sizes. Every theme’s product page, cart and checkout also work on mobile screens.
Can I run a blog and create my own pages?
Yes. The blog has a block editor (text, heading, image, list, table, quote, product), categories, tags, drafts and scheduled publishing, SEO fields and RSS; the blog is a plan-dependent feature. You can also build pages such as About or Contact from sections, roll back from the version history and add them to your menus (up to three levels).
How do I organise categories and filters?
The category tree has unlimited depth; you can drag categories around and order products by hand. Dynamic categories fill themselves by rule (conditions such as price range, brand, tag, attribute or discounted products). You define the storefront filters under Online store › Storefront settings › Filters.
Can I track stock across several warehouses?
Yes. You can define several stock locations, transfer stock between them and run stock counts; the location priority is set per sales channel. You receive an e-mail alert when stock runs low or out. If you want an out-of-stock product to stay on sale, turn on “sell when out of stock”.
Can I add product photos and video?
Yes. You can add images, short MP4/WebM videos and YouTube or Vimeo links to the product gallery; the first image becomes the cover and variants can have their own images. Uploaded images are produced in several sizes (including WebP and AVIF), and EXIF data such as location is stripped on upload.
Can I notify customers when a product is back in stock?
Yes. On the page of an out-of-stock product, customers can leave their e-mail for “notify me”; when the product is back in stock an automatic notification goes out. You see the sign-ups in the dashboard under Products › Back-in-stock and can import them from a CSV if you like.
Payments, shipping and orders
Which payment methods can I offer?
For card payments you can use iyzico, PayTR and Stripe; you can also offer bank transfer, cash on delivery (cash or card), pay in store for in-store pickup orders, gift cards and store credit. You set each method’s name, order, country and amount conditions and any surcharge or discount under Online store › Payment settings. See Payment methods.
Who pays the money out to my account, and when?
Card payments are paid out to your account directly by the payment provider (iyzico, PayTR or Stripe) under the contract it has with you; the payout schedule and the commission depend on that contract. The platform is not a payment institution and never holds your money; payments do not pass through it. For bank transfer and cash on delivery the collection is between you (or your carrier) and the customer; you mark the order as paid when you receive the money.
Can I sell in instalments?
Yes. You can offer instalments with iyzico and PayTR; which instalment counts and interest apply depends on your provider contract and settings. You can show an instalment table by card programme on the product page and let customers pick an instalment at checkout from the first digits of their card. Instalments are offered only for Turkish lira orders; Stripe payments are single payments.
Which carriers can I work with?
Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, UPS and DHL Express have a built-in tracking link; for DHL eCommerce (MNG), Sürat, PTT, HepsiJet, Kolay Gelsin, Trendyol Express and Sendeo you enter your tracking address as a template, and you can define carriers that are not listed with your own template. You sign the carrier contract yourself: the platform offers no carrier agreement, creates no labels or barcodes and does not query delivery status from the carrier. You enter the tracking number and the customer receives the tracking link by e-mail. See Carriers.
How do I set shipping rates?
You create shipping zones (by country, province, district and postcode); for each zone you define a flat rate or a rate based on weight or cart value, a free-shipping threshold and an estimated delivery time. For local delivery you set delivery days and time slots, and for in-store pickup the pickup points (stock locations); customers choose them at checkout. See Shipping and delivery.
How are returns and cancellations handled?
Customers pick lines and quantities on the order page in their account to request a return or a cancellation; return reasons are chosen from the list you define. You approve or reject the request per item; products can optionally go back into stock. The refund goes to the cardholder through the payment provider; if the provider declines, you can record the refund manually or issue it as store credit. You set the return window and the explanatory text under Online store › Customer settings. See Orders and returns.
Can I sell abroad?
Yes. You can publish your store in several languages (translations are imported and exported as CSV), define markets by language or country with a subfolder or a domain, and show prices in several currencies; exchange rates come automatically from the Central Bank of Türkiye (TCMB) and the ECB or are set by hand, and you can define a price list and a rounding rule per currency. Stripe can be used for foreign cards; you decide which countries you ship to with shipping zones. Customs handling and cross-border logistics integrations are not part of the platform. Multiple languages and currencies depend on the features of your plan. See Languages and currencies.
Can I customise order statuses or create orders myself?
Yes. The visible order statuses are configured in the dashboard. For orders that come in by phone or message you can create a draft order and e-mail the customer a signed, time-limited payment link. You can tag and archive orders, filter them and export them as CSV.
How do I manage bank transfer and cash on delivery?
Both come installed in every new store; you enter your details and activate them. Orders placed with these methods are created awaiting payment; when you receive the money you mark the order as paid in the dashboard. For bank transfer you define your accounts, for cash on delivery the amount and country limits, and you can add a surcharge or discount to either in the payment method rule. See Bank transfer and Cash on delivery.
Can I use gift cards and store credit?
Yes. You can create gift cards and store credit and set the amount, the validity dates, the minimum cart value and the currency and sales channels they can be used with. Customers apply them in the cart; when a card is used only in part, the rest is paid with another method. Refunds can also be issued as store credit.
Marketing and tracking
Can I create campaigns and discount coupons?
Yes. There are percentage, fixed amount, free shipping, “buy X get Y” and tiered (by quantity or amount) discount types. You can limit a campaign by product, category, brand or tag; add targeting such as first order, logged-in customers, specific customers or customer groups, a date range, a usage limit and a channel or currency restriction. For coupon campaigns you add codes one by one, with bulk generation or from a CSV; automatic campaigns need no code and can be shown with the discounted price on the product page. See Campaigns, coupons and popups.
Is there an abandoned cart reminder?
Yes. On Marketing › Automations there is a ready-made abandoned cart recipe: you choose the delay, the e-mail or SMS channel, an optional single-use discount coupon and who receives it (for example active accounts only, customer groups, a minimum cart value). By default, reminders go only to customers who have the relevant communication consent; in the run history you follow the messages sent and the orders recovered. See Automations.
Can I set up pixels and product feeds for Google and Meta ads?
Yes. On the Apps page you connect Meta Pixel, the Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and the TikTok Pixel, and you send your products to the ad platforms with the Google Merchant Center and Meta catalog feeds. Browser scripts load according to the visitor’s cookie choice; the scope of server-side sending is described on the relevant integration page. See Ads and product feeds.
Can I send SMS?
Yes. You connect the NetGSM app with your own account: order received, shipped, ready for pickup and delivered SMS and phone verification codes go out, and the SMS channel can also be used in automations such as the abandoned cart reminder. Commercial (campaign) SMS are off by default; turning them on needs the İYS brand code and they are sent only to recipients who have İYS consent. There is no bulk SMS campaign screen.
Can I do newsletters and e-mail marketing?
Newsletter subscriptions are collected with double opt-in (a confirmation link in the e-mail) and consent records are kept; you see subscribers in the dashboard and export them as CSV. Event-based e-mails (abandoned cart, welcome, win-back, review request, back in stock) are sent through automations. Bulk campaign e-mails cannot be sent from the dashboard; you can take the subscriber list as CSV and use it in your own e-mail service, but complying with commercial message consent rules (İYS) is your responsibility.
Can I add popups and an announcement bar?
Yes. There are popup, form, notification, announcement bar, drawer and page overlay types; they trigger on page load, after a delay, on scroll or on exit intent, and you set the display frequency and page and device targeting. In form popups you collect e-mail and phone and gather commercial message consent with unticked boxes; e-mail consent is double opt-in. You see impressions, clicks and submissions in the dashboard. You can also turn on an announcement bar in the theme.
How do product reviews work?
Customers can leave a review with stars, a title, text and images. You can require an account and a purchase for reviews, approve them automatically or moderate them, and reply to reviews. There is also an automation recipe that sends a “review request” e-mail after an order is delivered. Reviews are written by your customers only.
What is there for SEO?
Title, description, address (slug), canonical and noindex fields for products, categories, pages and the blog; per-language meta templates for empty fields; an automatic sitemap with hreflang; robots.txt editing; 301/302 redirects (bulk by CSV, with chain and loop checks) and an automatic 301 when an address changes; JSON-LD structured data for products and breadcrumbs. No tool can guarantee a particular search ranking. See SEO.
Can I give customer groups special prices?
Yes. You can sort customers into groups by hand or by rules (for example registration source or tag) and define price lists for a group or a customer; a price list can apply a percentage or amount discount or a fixed price by product, category, brand or tag. The same price appears on the product page, in the cart and at checkout. See Customer management.
How do I follow my sales and visitors?
The dashboard has a live visitor count, a conversion funnel (visit, product, cart, checkout, purchase), traffic sources (UTM, referrer, ad click ids) and device, browser and country breakdowns. The report library holds ready-made reports in groups such as products, categories, brands, customers, returns and stock value, all exportable as CSV. Storefront analytics works without cookies; you can also add tools such as GA4, Clarity and Hotjar behind cookie consent. See Reports and analytics.
Legal and compliance
Do the distance sales contract and the pre-information form come ready-made?
Starting templates come ready; you edit the texts in the Online store › Pages list (type “Legal text”), complete them for your business and have them reviewed by your lawyer. At checkout the pre-information form and the distance sales contract are shown right above the “Complete order” button with unticked boxes; when the customer clicks the box or the document name, the document opens filled in with their own details. This is not legal advice. See Legal compliance.
Are the contracts a customer accepts stored?
Yes. The documents accepted with an order are stored with the order exactly as accepted (an HTML copy of the text, the time of acceptance and the IP address), e-mailed to the customer and shown on the order page in the customer’s account. Changing a text later does not change the stored copy of earlier orders. Your lawyer or accountant should assess legal retention periods; this is not legal advice.
What is offered for the privacy law (KVKK) and cookie consent?
The privacy notice and explicit consent are presented separately: sign-up, checkout, newsletter and contact forms carry a link to the notice, and commercial message consents are collected with separate, unticked boxes. In the cookie banner accept and reject carry equal weight; analytics, marketing and preference cookies are managed category by category, Google Consent Mode is supported and tracking tools load only for the category that was allowed. Customers can file data export and deletion requests from their accounts; you complete them under Customers › Privacy requests (export and anonymisation). Ask your lawyer whether the texts are sufficient; this is not legal advice.
Can I issue e-Invoices and e-Archive invoices?
Yes. If you connect the Nilvera app with your own account, the invoice is issued when the order is paid or shipped (or by hand); an e-Invoice is issued if the buyer is a registered e-Invoice user and an e-Archive invoice otherwise. Documents are issued in your name. You can also attach your own invoice to an order as a PDF or a link. Ask your accountant about the invoicing obligation and content; this is not tax advice. See e-Invoice and e-Archive.
Is there an İYS (commercial message registry) integration?
Customers’ e-mail, SMS and call consents are kept on record together with their history (Customers › İYS consents). If you turn on “Upload consents to İYS (NetİYS)” in the NetGSM app, consents and withdrawals are uploaded to İYS; consents without a recorded source are not uploaded. Commercial SMS go only to recipients who have İYS consent. Ask your lawyer about your İYS obligations; this is not legal advice.
What seller details (Law 6563) and ETBİS information appear on the site?
You enter your store and legal details (name, address, tax or identity number, MERSİS, KEP, ETBİS and so on) in the dashboard; the seller details are shown on every storefront page and in the relevant documents. Which details are mandatory depends on your business type; you make applications such as the ETBİS registration yourself, the platform does not make them for you. This is not legal advice.
How do I edit the legal texts?
In the Online store › Pages list, next to your custom pages, you find the documents of type “Legal text”: the privacy notice, privacy and cookie, distance sales contract, pre-information, returns, delivery and shipping, terms of use and seller details texts come as editable drafts. The texts cannot be deleted but are edited per language; every save keeps a new version, and you can return to an earlier version from the version history. Placeholders in the text (such as seller and order details) are filled with real values on the storefront and in the order. The templates are not final valid texts; review them with your lawyer before publishing. This is not legal advice.
What is offered for the right of withdrawal and the returns policy?
The return and cancellation flow is ready: the return window (in days) and the return conditions text are set under Online store › Customer settings; the text is shown on the “Returns and exchanges” tab of the product page, at checkout and on the return request form. You can also append published policy pages such as returns and delivery to the order e-mails you choose (Notifications › Customer notifications). The scope, exceptions and periods of the right of withdrawal depend on the legislation; preparing that text is your responsibility and you should consult your lawyer. This is not legal advice.
I saw illegal content in a store on the platform. How do I report it?
Use the abuse report form. Your report is recorded and reviewed by the responsible team; where necessary the content may be removed or action taken against the store. If you are forwarding a court or authority order, include its date and reference number in the description. This is not legal advice.
Who is the data controller under the privacy law (KVKK)?
In the platform’s data processing agreement template, the seller (you) is defined as the controller of your store customers’ personal data and the platform as the processor. The template is a draft and is completed by the company operating the platform. Assess the roles and obligations in your own situation with your lawyer; this is not legal advice.
Security and data
How are my customers’ card details protected?
Card numbers, expiry dates and security codes never reach the platform: the customer enters card details on the payment provider’s own payment form (the iyzico payment form, the PayTR iFrame or Stripe Checkout). Only the limited details the provider returns (such as the first and last digits of the card, the bank and the brand) appear on the order record. See the security page for details.
Can other stores see my data?
No. Stores’ data is separated at the database level (with PostgreSQL row-level security policies); every query sees only your own store’s records. A user who is not a member of a store is not even told that the store exists. This does not mean any system is flawless; the details are explained on the security page.
How do I keep my account secure?
Passwords are stored with Argon2id, and an account is temporarily locked after repeated failed sign-ins. You can turn on two-step verification with a time-based one-time code (TOTP) and, under Settings › Security, require it for all staff. You receive an e-mail alert on a new sign-in; sensitive actions such as deleting the store, transferring ownership, turning off two-step verification and creating an API key that can change data are confirmed with a one-time code sent to your e-mail.
Can I give my team members limited permissions?
Yes. You invite staff by e-mail and assign one of five system roles (Owner, Admin, Manager, Editor, Support) or create a custom role; a role sets view and edit permission for each area separately. You can limit a staff member to the orders of certain sales channels. The number of staff accounts depends on your plan limit.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export order, customer, newsletter subscriber and report lists as CSV; CSV export of products, stock and translations depends on the bulk operations feature of your plan. Customers can export their own personal data from their accounts, and you complete privacy-law requests in the dashboard.
How are my integration and API keys stored?
Secret fields in app settings (API secrets, access tokens, passwords), webhook secrets and two-step verification secrets are encrypted in the database with AES-256-GCM, masked in the dashboard and kept out of logs. Store API keys are shown only once, when they are created; only a digest is kept on the server, they are limited to their scopes and can be revoked instantly from the dashboard.
Can I see who did what in the dashboard?
Yes. On Settings › Audit log, the changes in your store (who, when, which record, old and new value) are listed and can be filtered by entity type. Orders, customers, products, stock locations and staff also have a timeline and notes.
Can the support team access my store?
You can give the support team time-limited access to your store under Settings › Security and withdraw it whenever you like. Do not share secrets such as passwords, card numbers or API keys in support tickets.
Developers
Is there API and webhook support?
Yes. The platform is designed API-first: the store dashboard, the storefront and external integrations all use the same REST API service, and the store management endpoints (/api/v1) are described by an OpenAPI 3.1 document. You reach orders, products, stock, customers, campaigns and content with an API key, and receive events in your own system through webhooks as they happen. Creating API keys and defining webhooks depends on the features of your plan; see the developers page for details.
How do I create an API key and which permissions can I grant?
You create keys under Settings › API keys. A key is valid only in your own store and is limited by separate view or edit scopes for areas such as products, stock, orders, customers, campaigns and content. You can give it an expiry date and revoke it at any moment. Staff management, plan and invoice changes, API key management, the audit log and store deletion cannot be granted to a key. When you create a key that can change data, a one-time code sent to your e-mail is asked for as confirmation. A key is shown only once, when it is created.
Which events do webhooks send, and how do I verify them?
You can subscribe to events such as an order being created, updated, paid, cancelled, fulfilled, delivered or refunded, and to product, category, stock, customer, return request, payment, shipment, abandoned cart, campaign, newsletter and e-invoice events; if you like, you can limit them by the channel the order came from (for example only the online store). Every request is signed in the Standard Webhooks format (webhook-id, webhook-timestamp, webhook-signature; HMAC-SHA256): you verify the signature with your webhook secret, check the timestamp and deduplicate by webhook-id. Failed deliveries are retried at growing intervals; from the delivery log under Settings › Webhooks you can retry by hand, replay and send a test request. An endpoint that fails many times in a row is turned off and you are notified.
Is there a limit on API requests?
Yes. API requests are limited per minute, per API key (per IP address for requests without a key); endpoints such as sign-in, sign-up, password reset, contact forms and review submission have their own stricter limits. When the limit is exceeded the API returns 429 (rate_limited); wait a moment and try again. If you update many products or stock records, you can use the dashboard’s CSV import and bulk operations instead of sending requests one by one (some depend on your plan).
What can be built with the module SDK?
The module SDK offers a contract for payment, shipping, SMS, e-invoice and İYS consent registry providers, storefront scripts (such as pixels, with a cookie consent category), server-side event sending, product feeds and integrations that need catalog or order synchronisation (for example marketplaces). A module defines a per-store settings form (with encrypted secret fields), event listeners, scheduled jobs and dashboard actions, and uses the product, stock and order API and SSRF-protected HTTP access. Modules are compiled with the platform; no code is uploaded from the dashboard. A new module is written by the team operating the platform or by developers and is released together with the platform.
Can I use storefront events in my own tools?
The storefront writes events such as page and product views, add to cart, checkout start, purchase, search, sign-up and login to window.dataLayer in GA4 e-commerce format; Google Tag Manager or your own script can use them. The item id is the variant id. You can add your own JavaScript under Online store › Storefront settings › Custom scripts, choosing its cookie consent category; the code loads only when the visitor has allowed that category.
What format are API responses and errors in?
Responses are JSON: successful responses come in { "data": … }, and lists are paginated (page and limit; at most 100 records per page). Money amounts are integers in the smallest unit (for example priceMinor: 12990 = 129.90) with a currency code, and dates are ISO 8601 (UTC). Errors come in a common structure with an error code, a message and a request id; error messages are in Turkish or English according to the Accept-Language header.
Support
I have a question before opening an account. Who can I write to?
Use the form on the contact page: you can write your question, request a demo or choose “Call me”. Written questions are answered by e-mail; with “Call me” we get back to you by phone. Your personal data is processed only to answer your request; consent to commercial messages is separate and optional.
I am a store owner. How do I open a support ticket?
In the dashboard, choose “New ticket” on the Settings › Support page; enter the subject, the category (account, plan and billing, domain, payments, shipping, technical issue, business verification, apps or other), the priority and your message. The conversation with the support team appears on the same page; replies also reach your e-mail.
What should I include in a support ticket?
Describe the problem, the related order or page and what you have tried so far; the more detail you give, the easier the problem is to investigate. Choose the “Urgent” priority for issues that stop your sales. Do not share secrets such as passwords, card numbers or API keys in the ticket. The support team cannot see your store data unless you allow it; you grant access for a set time under Settings › Security and withdraw it whenever you like.
How do I follow the status of my ticket, and can I close it?
Tickets are listed on the Settings › Support page with their status: open, awaiting your reply, resolved or closed. Once the matter is settled you can choose “Close ticket”; a closed ticket cannot be replied to, and you open a new ticket for a new issue.
I cannot sign in to the dashboard. What should I do?
With the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page you can have a reset link sent to your e-mail address; the link is valid for a short time. If you cannot reach your authenticator app, you can enter one of the recovery codes you saved when you turned on two-step verification; each code can be used once.
Where can I see the details of the company operating the platform?
The identity details of the company operating the platform (such as the legal name, address, MERSİS and tax details and KEP address, the fields the company has entered) are on the Company information page. If you saw illegal content in a store on the platform, use the abuse report form.
